This complaint is false.? Mr[redacted] and Miss [redacted] had children that lived with them and more that came every other weekend to stay with them, as well as Miss [redacted] being pregnant with another child unbeknownst to me until towards the end of the leaseEvery other weekend there were
people in a bedroom bath sq foot apartment? I contacted them around the 5th of ? March when no rent had been receivedThen several times afterwards, They both kept promising that they would pay soonI went to the apartment towards the end of March and they had moving boxes packedI asked when they would be out, Miss [redacted] said that her boyfriend (Mr[redacted]) told her that they had til the last day of the month since they paid a security depositThis is NOT the caseA security Deposit is just thatNOT rent.? ? I have not told them that they had to pay for anything included in the pictures he sent to meThis complaint is nothing more than a detour from the fact that they moved out owing ALL of March rent and late feesNo evictions were filed as this would have been a waste of time and finances, seeing as how they claimed to be in dire straits every month? They had two different charities help pay their rents in June and October I also gave them a credit of $to their account as a discount on their rent on 5/1/for the thermostat and Garbage disposal installation on their unit, since Mr[redacted] asked if he could install them for a discount on the rent, he said he was short that monthThe only thing he purchased was the $thermostat in which I reimbursed him through the credit on his rent for May I purchased the Garbage disposal and brought it over to him.It was a Badger purchased on the company credit card from Menards.? ? They have access to this resident portal where all charges and payments are madeHe accepted the amount of Back in May of This is the first time they have brought it up since.? ? There is also NO mold in that unitCooks Quality plumbing went out there twice and explained to them that the discoloration around the toilet base was from a worn out jonny ring which he replaced? ? Lease also states that all carpets must be professionally cleaned upon move out as well as any and all appliances and bathroom must be cleaned properlyThe walls are much worse than when they moved in and NO carpets were cleanedAfter applying their security deposit to their balance, they still owe Gunlock LLC $? 7 people in a 2 bedroom 1 bath 800 sq foot apartment.   I contacted them around the 5th of  March when no rent had been received.
