This is our response to the complaint filed by [redacted] case # XXXXXXXX:
After meeting and discussing the project with Ms. [redacted], we entered into an agreement and sent over a contract and she paid the required half down...

[redacted] and we scheduled the project on the date she insisted we start. Once we started on that day were had completed the work within two days. We completed the project using 3 semi loads of dirt, grading all areas and installed sod and installed mulch around home as requested. Customer said she was pleased and paid remaining balance. Customer asked us to return to re-grade and install additional dirt to an area, which was unnecessary but we did. My foreman asked how it was and she said fine. We have pictures of the completed job along with recent photos showing the job was fine.
The customers has sent numerous threatening texts and voicemail recordings, which are all saved.
This is not how we have conducted business in 22 years with numerous customers, employees and vendors. We are finished with this project nor will there be any discounts, refunds or return follow up call for this individual.

This is unacceptable. I have photos showing the lawn full of water after only a little rain. The grading was not done to code or any acceptable standards. I have photos of all parts of yard showing the lack of proper grading. Contract also stated removal of weeds which was not done, as thousands of weeds have come thru since install. This company completely ripped me off and [redacted] insulted me personally when I complained which I recorded on my phone. Just because he used 3 loads of dirt doesn't mean it was enough to grade lawn. The contract stated "enough dirt to properly grade lawn", but that wasn't done. They also installed sub par sod that was full of weeds that popped up a few days after install. The amount of time they spent is unimportant. I never told employees anything was "fine". It's another [redacted] lie. I sent emails and texts to owner including photos telling him I'd be posting the photos online and filing lawsuits if no response. This company purposely ripped me off. NO ONE should ever hire seasons landscape! Photos below show lawn after early morning rainstorm. There's no way it should be concave enough to hold that much water. The sod is now dying and full of weeds. I was completely ripped off.

Again, the work completed was done correctly and this job is finished. We use reputable vendors with high quality products. Attached are pictures of the sod and lawn after heavy rain. This is our final response.
