There is more than enough factual evidence that the topics in her syllabus were covered in the exams and that she chose not to answer themThe exams are not to be sent out with answer keysStudents must perform on the contract by turning in their work in order to get feedbackShe breached the contract by failing to perform

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Twice I have asked *** to provide factual evidence to support her contention that the exams were personalized and there was enough material for me to use all the purchased hoursShe has refused to provide an answer key or show how the exams she provided test concepts from my syllabusInstead, she responded and continues to response with character accusations and threats of litigationHer response does not resolve my complaintAgain, she is not offering to provide a refund nor factual evidence to demonstrate how these exams were in fact personalized, which is at the heart of this matter.
Regards,

Hello,I was recently contacted by the Revdex.com. When I explained the situation between me and a person who complained, the Revdex.com representative told me to talk to general counsel and then hung up on me!Below is an email that was sent to a dean. It shows you the extent of this issue. It has now grown into a...

big legal issue between me (I'm a lawyer), a manipulative client, and a law school (I'm now turning that client in for ethical reasons). You should be really careful who you listen to when people complain because you can be sued. I can also turn this into a large class action lawsuit - I handle those cases.Best,[redacted] ----------Hello, Per your request, I am writing to confirm our conversation today. Here are the details surrounding my legal issue with one of your students:I am a lawyer who started a national law school tutoring program that encourages students to be in the top 5% of their class. My goal is to help students obtain high grades, get onto Law Review, and help them obtain or keep scholarship. I hold students to high standards and provide tremendous amount of feedback on practice exams so that students learn how to write well before their own professors' exams are administered. In spring 2017, [redacted] contracted with me for tutoring. Near the end of the semester, she took a lackadaisical approach and stopped answering exams and meeting with me. In fall 2017, [redacted] contacted me because she wanted to continue tutoring with me. When I explained to her that I needed to move forward with other students and that her contract does not cover tutoring for fall 2017, she became upset. [redacted] then started threatening me in an effort to get money back, which included text message threats to try to ruin my business, refusal to recommend me to anyone as if she has some authoritative power on your campus, and so on. This was the beginning of her manipulation. These threats escalated when [redacted] did not get her way. She then sent me text messages saying that she spoke poorly about me on Yelp. I told her that she could be incurring liability through a defamation suit, particularly because there are no merits to her claim. This continued on through fall 2017 until she decided to file a Revdex.com complaint in 2018. I explained to her that Yelp and the Revdex.com are not to be trusted because they are "pay-or-play" businesses and they are not the appropriate venue for any legal matter. There is an arbitration clause in the tutoring contract and, most importantly, there are no legal merits to her claim. When I was contacted by the Revdex.com about this, I also explained to them that this is now a legal matter that includes but is not limited to harassment and defamation. I also explained to them that I know that the Revdex.com is not legal authority, is a pay-or-play scheme, and that they could also be joined in a suit if they get involved. After all of these events, I have now reached out to the law school. As you know and as we discussed, [redacted] is responsible for recommending students for the bar exam. Behavior like this is extremely unethical, especially for students entering a field that must seek justice. Students who try to manipulate, bully, or ruin someone's reputation particularly when they know they have no merit are exactly the types ofstudents who should not be in a position to represent others.  I am waiting to hear back from you after you speak with general counsel on this matter. Thank you,
