Mrs. [redacted] brought the vehicle in 10/25/2016 telling us that someone told her that the cooling fans were not working, upon investigation we found that the coolant sensor was not letting the cooling fans to come on along with the thermostat housing leaking antifreeze.We called Mrs. [redacted] and told... her of the problems, and also told her that until we perform this work we have no idea if there are any other problems because the thermostat housing was leaking so badly, we also told her that the housing was a special order part and that it will take some time to get it. We were given approval from her and performed the work. After the work was completed we found that the vehicle was run too hot before it got to us and that the head gaskets are leaking, we called her and told her of the problem she instructed us to stop and she will pick up the car as she has no more money at that time to do anymore repairs. Mrs. [redacted] told us that she just lives around the corner and she will take it there.Mrs. [redacted] called us about an hour later after picking up the vehicle telling us she was broken down at Grand and Forest Park Parkway (approx. 3-5 miles away) telling us the battery was dead, we went there to jump start the vehicle when we got there the vehicle wasn't dead it was overheating like we told her it would. She asked us to tow the vehicle back to our shop as we did. When Mrs. [redacted] and her "friend" came back, I tried to negotiate with her and the conversation got so heated I felt threatened and had to call 911. When Mrs. [redacted] and her "friend" seen this they left before the police got there ....(15 or so mins).As of this writing of this letter she has left the vehicle here since 12/20/2016 with a tow bill, and storage starting after the 1st of the year (January 1st).
