Purchased X2 [redacted] after being contacted by owner [redacted], President. One [redacted] was defective and 30 cartridges were blanks.I paid $25,900.00 on 8/14/14 with check #[redacted] and paid an additional $251.45 on 9/9/14 with check #[redacted] after receiving Invoice Number[redacted] on 8/27/2014 for a total of $26,151.45. On November 6, 2014 [redacted] promised to replace the 30 blank cartridges and replace the defective X2 [redacted]. He has not done so. He has not returned phone calls. He has ignored all fax, email and mailed correspondence. I was forced to purchase 30 live cartridges for $923.10 and the [redacted] replacement cost is $1,399.99 from other suppliers. He has not refunded any of the funds or replaced any of the defective and missing merchandise. Desired SettlementI request a refund of $923.10 for the cartridges and replacement or refund of $1,399.99 for the [redacted] for a total of $2,323.09.Business Response On 8/11/14 [redacted] was invoiced for 69 - Used X26[redacted] and 23 - Used X2[redacted], all with holsters, batteries, and cartridges. Upon receiving these items Mr. [redacted] stated that he only received 66 - Used X26[redacted] and that 9 - Used X26's and 1 - Used X2 were not in working condition. There was also a shipping charge of $162.75 that he refused to pay. We credited the 3 - Used X26[redacted] that he stated he didn't receive at a value of $900 and also credited the shipping fee of $162.75 per his request. We stated that he would receive credit for the non-working 9 - Used X26's and 1 - Used X2 upon receipt of return. We received these units on 10/14/14 and issued a full refund to Mr. [redacted] on 10/15/14. On 11/10/14 we received a letter that the cartridges were not what he wanted and that he needed something different than what was previously agreed upon. We informed Mr. [redacted] that the original agreement was for a [redacted] package to include a holster, battery, and cartridge which we fulfilled. All of the above equipment was sold as USED with no warranty in as is condition.
