Review: On Feb 7th 2013 I purchased a "Cobra Freedom FS 380, 3"7,Chrome" gun from a website called [redacted], Reference # [redacted]. On Feb 10th the day of delivery I went to the FFL dealer (Lawmen's Supply Company) to pickup my gun. A guy by the name of [redacted] handled my transaction. After opening the package and discovering that there were no Firing case shells included with my gun [redacted] informed me that I could not leave with the gun that day because [redacted] law requires all guns to have firing case shells. He further went on to say the only way I could have the gun was to send it off to somewhere that will provide me with the firing case shells, I decline. At this point I just wanted to return the merchandise and get my money back. [redacted] instructed me that he will not touch the gun until I pay him $65 for a transfer fee. I asked him why since I did not do any paperwork or pickup the gun. He responded with the fact of him having to ship the gun back to impact guns. I then said I will get in touch with Impact guns to verify who is responsible for shipment fees. The next day I called [redacted] told them how the gun came with no firing case shell, they apologized and offered my money back. I accepted and went on to ask them who is responsible for shipment fees of the gun, They said that they will send Lawmen's Supply Company a shipping label so it will be absolutely free. I then called Lawmen's back to tell them [redacted] is going to send you over a Shipping Label to return my gun. [redacted] said that's fine but I'm still not going to send it with my $75! Wait, What? You told me something totally different per our last conversation. At first the problem was the shipping now you telling me regardless I'll have to pay you money in order for you to send my gun back? Not to mention you've clearly went up on the price by $10. He had nothing else to say to me other then hes not returning my gun. The next day my wife called Lawmen's supply to ask to their Corporate Office number, not sure which employee she spoke with but they rudely asked For What? She said a complaint he then gave her the number extremely fast and immediately hung up in her face. She called back because all she was able to write down was 3 digits. Another guy answered the phone this time, My wife asked why did you hang up on me? He said your talking with someone else, then went on to ask what did she need. She again asked for the Corp office telephone number. He to ask for what, she said its personal and refused to give her the number. She said Thank you and ended the called. She later got the number from their website. Call and spoke with the Manager there named [redacted], Explained to him everything he the apologized for them and said he will call down to that store and find out why their charging me. After 4 days of no response from [redacted], on the 5th day I finally got in touch with him. He said sorry you just have to pay them. He sounded So Emotionless that I truly don't believe he called them. I then called around to see who's over [redacted] head (Following The Chain Of Command) Which is [redacted]. I called the office and he was not available so I left a message. As of today, March 14, 2013 I have heard no response from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Lawmen's Supply Company needs to Ship my gun back to Impact Guns at NO charge as I was told in the beginning. Also, for my inconvenience and bad experience with Lawmen's Supply Company, I desire a formal Apology.
