I tried to call [redacted] but he did not answerI did not leave a message but noticed he did leave an email address I sent him the following email today asking him to bring the mower back in to get an itemized estimate as he originally requested but was not given Plese see the email below[redacted] ***,I received your complaint from the Revdex.com yesterday After reviewing your statements in their email, it would be best if you could bring the mower back in to get the itemized quote on all parts and laborI do apologize that that was not provided to you on your initial request Please let me know when you can bring the mower back in [redacted] is aware of the situation and he will have the estimate done The mechanic who will do the estimate is off on Mondays It has always been our policy, when a piece of equipment isn't worth the cost of fixing, to not put it back together However, I would like to have our mechanic look at your mower again to identify the parts and labor that would need replacing in order for the mower to run properly.Again, I do apologize for your recent experience at our storeWe do appreciate your business and will get the estimate on fixing your mower to move toward resolving this matter Have a nice day, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have already had the lawn mower repairedThe quote for repairs I received was from $- $and no mention was made that the mower was not worth repairingI had the mower repaired for considerably lessWhy I couldn't get a line by line itemized bill I was told they wouldn't do thatAs for the mower being returned in pieces, there was no mention about the mower not being worth fixingThe wanted me to approve the quote so they could fix itWhen I asked why it was returned in pieces they pointed to a sign on the wall that said something to the affect that if a mower repair was refused that they had worked up a repair quote on it would be returned unassembledI was also informed that it wasn't their policy, it was the managementsTherefore I will not be bring the back to your establishmentCompensation for my time, effort and actual repairs would be appropriateAnd of coarse a serious discussion with your counter peopleAlso consider getting rid of that ridiculous sign about equipment being returned to the owner unassembled
