I had a terrible experience. Traded very nice riding mower for lawn work and deck pressure wash/sealing. Two mows and nothing else. Now I'm out a mower and no work done. DO NOT use his service if you want prompt responses or follow through.

Review: Paid [redacted] $80 in advance to till my yard and do other yard maintenance. He never delivered the services. When I called and texted him multiple times, he always had an excuse. Said he had been in the hospital. Continued to promise he would pay me back but to date, has not. I will be taking him to small claims court.Desired Settlement: Repay me the $80 that I paid him in good faith to do the work.

Review: I gave Mr [redacted] of Lawn and Order a $2000.00 advance based on the quote he gave me. I did not sign a contract with him. I had an emergency within 2 days that was gojng to require me to send money to my brother for a medical emergency and I informed Mr. [redacted]. It took me 4-5 days of calling his phone before he finally called me back at which time he told me that he had ordered some merchandise for the repairs on my yard and would get a refund and get right back to me and give me my refund. This has been going on for close to 3 weeks now. He does not answer his phone and his voicmail is full so he will text me and say I will be there at such and such a time. The he will either not show up or text an excuse why he couldn't make it. I intend to file a law suit through the court system against him since I now know that he does not even have a contractors license and I also know he has 3 other Revdex.com complaints of the same type against him.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. [redacted] to refund the $2000.00 deposit I gave him on 1/21/2016. At this point, I want nothing more to do with him or his business except the refund. I have given him every opportunity to sit down and try to work this out and all he does is lie to me and not show up.

Review: I hired this company to grade my yard where I had trees taken out and put down top soil. Then he was to put down seed, fertilizer and lime. He promised to seed a second time to get grass to grow. Also he was to fix one irrigation valve and one leaking sprinkler head.His grading job was horrible and he never put down enough seed and fertilizer to get grass to grow. I finally bought $200 worth of seed and fertilizer. One problem was he seeded before he actually graded.He raised the sprinkler heads to accommodate the new top soil ( which was full of rocks and sticks) and in the process broke several heads which he will not come back and fix. I have email records of his acknowledgement of this and his promises to fix them but he will not do it.Desired Settlement: I want $200 for the seed and fertilizer I had to buy and $300 to fix the irrigation system he broke.
