Lawn and Order

Review: I had a verbal contract with [redacted] the owner of Lawn and Order, Spokane, WA for leaf pickup at $150 in my small yard. He agreed to this price and would pick up what he could the first time around, then finish the job once the trees had all leaves down. This was within a few days. We went over the cost as (2) time pick up at the above cost as he would do a detailed cleaning the second time around. When he made the appointment to come back out, I was informed it would cost me another $150, plus $20 extra for dump fees. $320 to pick up leaves on my city lot is taking advantage of our agreement. Unfortunately, I paid him cash as he then stated that was great as would not be filing the money with the IRS. I have video of him on site, along with neighbors who saw his truck there if needed for proof. He never offered to give me a written quote, nor a receipt for cash paid. I picked him off of Craigslist Post ID [redacted]. He also made some comments about my breast too, which I may file a predator report in addition to notifying the IRS and your establishment.I am typically trusting, which is a fault in itself and lesson learned about doing business from Craigslist. I am trying to avoid other widows and women being set up for this type of fraud, so if you can help me out that would be great.Desired Settlement: I want my $150 back as now need to pay another company for the clean up that did not get accomplished. If that isn't possible due to paying cash, then I want this reported for others to beware.
