I have tried to reach out to the consumer several times but they have not responded to me, and have now filed a charge back

I have spoken with customer and order was shipped the first time FedEx and was damaged in shipment. We received the order back from FedEx only after 6 weeks of frustration. Order has been reshipped.

bank as this issue was never resolved by the seller. Again, it has now been 3 months with no communication from the seller though they state otherwise. My bank has followed up and I am working with them

Response taken over the phone. Larry says:  "Her order was Kicked back we re-shipped out 2-2-17  Tracking number. [redacted]  Box was 28lbs.  Delivered on Friday 2-10-17 at 3:30pm"

I spoke with Ms.[redacted] and told her that [redacted] had already turned this into a charge back with her bank. I have tried a few times to call the [redacted] number and it tells me that the person can't take calls at this time. Since this was already turned into a charge back I didn't think I needed to do anything else. I am willing to refund but at this point I can't because of the charge back being filed. I just tried a call back to [redacted] and got through to his voice mail and left a message to please return my call.[redacted] ID# [redacted]
