We will credit the customer the full amount of the application even though we have never seen a problemThe manager did drive by immediately after the phone call and did not see anything visually from the sidewalkUnfortunately he told the manager he wants no one walking onto his propertyWe made phones calls and spoke twice and left one message letting him know we will immediately come out, look at the customers concern and get right back to himHe refusedUnfortunately we cannot assess a problem if not allowed to see itEven under these circumstances, I have credited him for the application and his balance is zero

This customer has never contacted our company with a complaint or service call of any type all seasonIf they call for service it automatically goes right in my list as priorityShe might have called, there was definitely no message left for a service call of weeds, that is our priorityIf there is no message , we have no idea they calledOur new software is very sophisticated and marks it as priority for weed calls I have put her in for a free service call and it will be re-sprayed for weeds this week ***

First off, the customer called on 3/to order service, not Feb The first application was done on 3/29, not late in AprilThe 1st applications are done to the end of AprilThis was done well before that.The customer only wanted out of the application programThey requested to skip round and We spaced them out appropriate for the requested skipsThe 2nd application was done on 6/The 2nd application did have crabgrass prevent added as a extra protectionWhich is completely a bonus for customer at no extra charge and was put down because of poor condition of lawnI am not sure why that would be a negativeThe next application was scheduled on 1st week of AugustThe customer cancelled on 8/We do spray the weeds on each application, but there can be a problem with weeds when you have applications skipped, especially when yard is not in great condition to begin withWhatever application they want we will be happy to doWe setup the program exactly how he instructed us on 3/ and did him to the exact specificationsWe do spot seeding in fall, we have never said we do seeding in between applicationsWe do treat for insects for free as we find them during applicationsAgain, if he would like to continue service we will do it however you instruct us too, skips or no skipsIf you do skip a round and would then like to have it, we will be happy to come back as soon as we can when we are in the area, usually a week weather permittingWe do the area all at the same time, when you want to be skipped and later request to have the application, that is the processWe did the service exactly as instructed from the person who opened the accountFurthermore the dates he that he stated were inaccurateIf you would like documentation on dates that were stated incorrectly we will be happy to supply them

Not at all as described I provided services as recommended and price was exactly as advertisedMrs[redacted] paid her first bill but forgot to pay tax and since she has not paid another bill in over days I was forced to send to collections to protect my interest , a unwarranted call to the Revdex.comSo her charge was $as advertised but I will assume she thought there was no tax involvedAlso note not one called was ever made to my office to complain or inform me that the bill was incorrect, I really like to keep everyone happy but this complaint is completely a accusation, the kind that really hurts an honest,hard working small businessI have included a complete transaction history for your attention

Unfortunately this season is extremely dry, so the lawn will be dry. Last year it rained 23 out 25 days in July so the lawns will look different. Furthermore at the customers request she skipped applications 2 and 4. The untimely and unreliable applications are due to the customer wanting less... applications.She did have the regular visits last year with no problems. Nutsedge is a type of grass, not a weed and we do not guarantee the removal in dry weather. We will work on it slowly on it not to do damage to turf. It will defenitely not go away with 2 skipped treatments. The customer got 2 out of the 4 applications this year, that is the problem. We have you cancelled.

I apologize for our mistake, we never want to apply applications to the wrong lawn for several reasonsI have contacted complaint and explained how we rectified and also have given him my cell phone number so he can contact me if there are any further problems

Hi,Thankyou for resending thisI did send the response out on the day that I opened, because it was fresh in my mind because I had just spoken to this person and he was quite obnoxious and I wanted this cleared upI did not have a copy of what I wrote the first time but I remember it like
yesterday, so I will rewrite as close as possibleI will put a copy in the CC from now on so I will have record. We have spoken to this person on occasionsHe first spoke with Crissy, our office managerHe stated he needed from someone to look at his lawn for damageShe told him he wanted the owner at specific timesUnfortunately, we only meet between our business hours. We told him our latest appointed would be with the technicianWe would be happy to take a look at immediately and call if he was not available to go over everything once we saw what he was talking about. He was very unpleasant toward Crissy and she said I will inform the branch manager Aaron because that's what we can do immediatelyShe is instructed to give calls to the branch manager when a customer becomes unrulyAaron spoke to himHe stated he did not want Aaron and only would speak to owner on the lawnHe also stated he wants no one near his lawn till he meets us on the lawn after hoursI then called him immediatelyHe did not pick upI left a message who I was and told him that I would have the area manager look at the lawn immediatelyI would need a call back in order for him to come out because he clearly stated with Aaron to have no one near his lawnWe did not hear back. We will be happy to look at the property during our business hours with the very capable area manager Aaron. Thankyou,Phil

Having to call numerous times and leaving numerous messages not to receive a call back is not what I expect out of a business. As soon as the weather breaks and it is suitable for grass to germinate we will renovate the burnt areaUnfortunately, we did not get phones calls on this matterWe have had this customer for years with no problems with communicationI apologize for this and we will fix
