Review: We were customer #[redacted]. We canceled our service with Lawn Doctor last fall. Since then, they have come onto our property without our permission and have provided services we did not request. We were not there to stop them. They continue to bill us for this unwanted service even though we have called them several times to point out our previous cancellation and to complain about the bills.They are never there during business hours. Their answering service always says that they will deliver the message to Lawn Doctor. I have also written them by U.S. Mail asking for them to stop. None of this stops them. I believe the service has finally stopped, but the billing keeps on. The latest bill today indirectly threatens our credit: "Remit today to protect your credit." We are, to say the least, quite frustrated.Desired Settlement: I would like them to mail me one final statement with a balance of zero.
