Review: I got an injury due to [redacted] the owner not following orders when she came to my house to spray my house and yard on Sept. 15, 2015 In the afternoon. Notes were made on my account, we asked for her Son to spray since he knows the routine, if he had come out this would of never happened, or if [redacted] had read all the notes and emails sent on this specific account she would not have made this injury happen to me. I was in a lot of pain, was very angry and upset, and never got a call or an apology from her, she did not work with us to credit our account, which would of been the civil thing to do, thank you!Desired Settlement: An Apology and Full refund, Thank you!

Our company scheduled a bug spray treatment for [redacted] We scheduled a service the service to be applied Sept 15, 2015, 2pm. I arrived, knocked on the front door, and when no one answered I completed the spray job and left billing invoice on the front door.

The following day Mr [redacted] called our office to say his wife was scratched by their cat when she was collecting him to pre-pare for our spray service. He said it was due to us not notifying him. I told him I was sorry that his cat scratched his wife but that we did notify him and even set a time to apply the treatment. On October 2, 2015 we received an email from Mr. [redacted] stating that he was in the hospital and wanted us to work with him on his last bill, for "all the problems". We waved the late charges fees on his account and forwarded balance owning for the last spray. On October 27, 2015 we received an email asking to have half taken off of service and bill be paid in full.

We are asking Mr. [redacted] to pay for the amount of spray application that we applied in good faith.

[redacted] I paid but still have a complaint against the company, they still have not worked me with the bill. Waving interest is not good enough, I would like a free spraying next year, or a discount thank you, or a credit on my account, they can afford that, it wont break them!! they have the picture of the scratch on my breast, that my cat did to me, that [redacted] did not follow directions, and be careful, she only worried about getting paid, and taking short cuts. Appreciate your help in this matter it is greatly appreciated. We did not want [redacted] to spray we asked for her son only, he always gets it right. Sorry but that is the way it is, I asked for her to call me before arriving, and she did not. She is not to proceed to the back first.
