Lawn Doctor of Janesville Edgerton & Milton

I hired Lawn Doctor to provide 5 treatments in April 2018. At that time they indicated they would treat my yard in the next week or so. A month later, nothing. I had to send a follow-up to see if they were ever going to show up. They finally sent someone out and he didn't even treat the backyard and failed to let me know they treated less than half of my yard. I can only assume they were just going to skate by and hope I didn't notice they were only providing half of what I paid for. They never came out to perform the third, fourth or fifth treatments. My lawn looks as bad as it ever has. I wrote to them canceling the remaining treatments and asking for a refund in September. No response. Followed up again. Still no response. I wrote a review for them on Google and then they refunded half the amount they owed me. They took my money and never fully performed.
