What RJS continually fails to understand is that we negotiated and settled on a fixed amount significantly lower than my standard rate for watching two dogs per overnight I, too, am prepared to file a claim for one piece jewelry and one dog bed that Sam and Saide damaged beyond repair, one bag of additional dog food, and $which is the remaining balance for watching Sam and Sadie for days (Jan 15-Feb 16, 2016) at the standard rate of $per day I have documents to support my case including Facebook posts and voice mail messages Furthermore, upon arriving at my home on SatFeb 27, at 7:am, RJS accused my boyfriend of lying to him about my whereabouts and vowed to "do what it takes to get my money" I have spoken to the Chicago Police and my lawyer in regards to this situation

I am rejecting this response because:What RJS continually fails to understand is that we negotiated and settled on a fixed amount significantly lower than my standard rate for watching two dogs per overnight I, too, am prepared to file a claim for one piece jewelry and one dog bed that Sam and Saide damaged beyond repair, one bag of additional dog food, and $which is the remaining balance for watching Sam and Sadie for days (Jan 15-Feb 16, 2016) at the standard rate of $per day I have documents to support my case including Facebook posts and voice mail messages Furthermore, upon arriving at my home on SatFeb 27, at 7:am, RJS accused my boyfriend of lying to him about my whereabouts and vowed to "do what it takes to get my money" I have spoken to the Chicago Police and my lawyer in regards to this situation. When people lie in their attempts to conceal guilt, they put themselves in a corner. There was a single agreement to watch my dogs for 45-daysAnne watched the 2-dogs for 30-daysIts an ethical issue from a Business StandpointI put this on Facebook and did not get one person who thought she was in any way in the rightWhen I picked up the dogs Anne never mentioned any damages the dogs madeAnna's statement of damages is a diversion tactic and therefore not credibleShe never answered a single phone callShe never answered a single text message mentioning any of her accusationsI never had any of the conversation with her boyfriend she mentioned, which is viewed in the courts as here sayAnna is obviously trying the re-directGet off the main subjectNow she is talking about $ per day as a standardThis again was not our agreement. Its not rational for me to accuse her boyfriend of anythingWe just had a conversation where I was asking him to have her call meShe was not returning any of my messages through text or voice mail. Please provide me with a police report number, which I will bet is another lie and her lawyer's contact info This is a simple issue of professional ethics. Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Anna never returned a single message or text message I sent. This is unprofessional. The only issues are between us. Not my niece or other sitter agencies. Simple. She was paid fore 6-weeks of service. She provided 4-weeks of service.  She also stated I threatened her boyfriend which is insulting and baseless and slander. Please have her provide a copy of any response and an explanation of what I did to her boyfriend that was insulting.  I also filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General.  I did post a synopsis of what happened on Facebook and got 47 responses. Not one person agreed with her unethical non-handling of my concerns. She has never sent me a single email or called me one time,. That is a true sign of guilt.I informed her that this was a matter of ethics. If this is not resolved with the Revdex.com or the Attorney General then I will go to small claims court to get an answer. Classless, This is not the way you treat clients.
Sincerely,
Robert [redacted]bob@[redacted]

I, Anna [redacted], began caring for dogs in my home since 2010 and am currently listed on DOGVACAY.COM under DOGVACAY.COM/PRO/ANNAEDDIE.  RJS and I belong to the same graduating H.S. class.  On Jan. 12, 2016, RJS entered a post on his Facebook account requesting if there was anyone...

interested in caring for his two Tibetan Terriers, Sam and Sadie.  He was traveling from Jan 16 to March 1, 2016 to Thailand where he and his wife live for part of the year. He expressed his willingness to pay for this arrangement.  I responded to him thru his Facebook account and also sent him a private message explaining to him that I care for dogs in my home and to view my profile on DOGVACAY.com.  I also informed him that I would not be available from Feb.20-Feb.28 as I was traveling to CA for vacation.  RJS called me and explained that his niece had originally agreed to watch Sam and Sadie but had since changed her mind, leaving him in a very difficult situation.  He had contacted a pet sitting service and was given a quote of over $3,000.00.  He expressed concern over its validity because he could not afford to pay.  An amount of $1,800.00 - 2,000.00 was more in his budget.  I explained that my fee of $75.00 per overnight, for two dogs proved comparable to the quote he had been given.  I also told him the dates I would not be available but that my live in boyfriend, who also knew RJS from school would care for the dogs.  I told him that my clients are responsible to supply dog food, leashes and beds or crates if needed.  He accepted my offer to watch Sam and Sadie for $2,000.00 and prepared to drop them off early morning on Jan. 16, 2016.  I received a call from RJS on the afternoon of Jan. 15.  He needed to drop off the dogs within the hour because he had booked a hotel room close to O'Hare airport for the night as his flight was to depart very early on Jan. 16, 2016.  When he arrived at my home, he explained that he was not tech savvy and if I need to contact him to was best to do so thru his Facebook account.  I received $2,000.00 in cash, one bag of dog food, one dog bed and one crate from RJS.  On Feb 4, 2016, I sent RJS an update on Same and Sadie thru his FaceBook account and reminded him of my upcoming vacation.  I received a call from RJS several days later.  He offered to re-emburse me for any expenses that I had incurred and he also expressed that he was contemplating accepting a job offer and may need to shorten his trip.  He would call me when he made a decision.  On Feb 16, RJS called me from O'Hare airport and was in route to pick up Same and Sadie. As he was leaving in a cab from my house, he expressed he was owed a refund for the dogs shorten stay.  I sent him a message thru his Facebook account explaining why he was not entitled to a refund after he proceeded to leave eight unpleasant messages on my cell. He made an unannounced visit to my home on Feb. 27 and threatened my boyfriend. He posted derogatory and inflammatory comments about me on his Facebook account.  I have since blocked him from contacting me.

What RJS continually fails to understand is that we negotiated and settled on a fixed amount significantly lower than my standard rate for watching two dogs per overnight.  I, too, am prepared to file a claim for one piece jewelry and one dog bed that Sam and Saide damaged beyond repair, one bag of additional dog food, and $475.00 which is the remaining balance for watching Sam and Sadie for 33 days (Jan 15-Feb 16, 2016) at the standard rate of $75.00 per day.  I have documents to support my case including Facebook posts and voice mail messages.  Furthermore, upon arriving at my home on Sat. Feb 27, 2016 at 7:am, RJS accused my boyfriend of lying to him about my whereabouts and vowed to "do what it takes to get my money"  I have spoken to the Chicago Police and my lawyer in regards to this situation.
