I see in our records that you were unhappy that your technician made a suggestion for your property beyond your what your package coveredIt was an organic product that would help the seeding that
was scheduled germinate at a higher rate, and mature quickerHe recognized it wasn't part of your plan and felt it should beIf I recall correctly I personally took your call in early August when you wanted to cancelI offered that suggested service at no charge in an effort to retain your businessWhen that was not sufficient, per your request we cancelled any future service for you
In November, because we think it's good business, we reach out to anyone that cancelled service with us within that seasonWe try to learn what we can do better, and yes, we would have liked to renew our relationship with youWhen you ended the call with a few expletives I believe *** was flustered and missed hitting save when she marked your account to not be called again
I apologize that you were contacted again
It is not our practice to hound someone that does not want to do business with usIt was truly an error
When I heard of the exchange on the most recent call I personally went into the computer and deleted the phone number, and the email address on file, so that we will most certainly NOT contact you againI cannot delete the address as if I did it would automatically get reloaded into our computer the next time we cleaned up our dataBut the way that I have you in our system you should not hear from us in any form ever again

The Lawn Doctor Of mid county- St Charles is the best lawn care service I have ever used They are conscientious and work to resolve any situation My lawn looks great and they continue to give it the best care My shrubs are doing well, especially after such a tough winter Thank you to the staff and thank you to *** for looking after my yard

[redacted] - I came and met with you on 8/31. I found that your zoysia in the front lawn had been virtually destroyed by an insect. I informed you at that time that an aeration and OVER SEEDING would not be sufficent zoysia could not be repaired with seed and suggested renovating the front...

yard by killing off the remaining zoysia and palnting Fescue. I then went over all the services, in detail, that I felt would help get your lawn back into shape. I explained the difference between OVER SEEDING, wich is merely spreading seed over the ground through a broadcast spreader, and a POWER SEEDING, wich is a machine that we have that cultivates the top inch or so of soil and turns it into a seed bed. We went over the cost of each service and the total and you gave me a verbal authorization to begin work. I called my office to activate those services on your account and have a CONFIRMATION EMAIL sent. That email was sent on 8/31 at 10:08 pm. It listed all of the services that you and I had discussed, with their respective prices. I then sprayed the rest of your zoysia lawn and a small portion of the back that evening. The next day we mailed you the bill reflecting $50.00 for the spray to an it gave you half off of your first service reducing the amount to $25.00.   I returned to chaeck it and re-spray the parts that needed it. I then gave my office the go ahead to get your seeding scheduled as we must wait a week or so after the final spray before seeding. [redacted] in my office sent you an email on Tuesday September 18th at 5:24 pm Titled "SEEDING SCHEDULED REPLY IS REQUIRED" in that email it informed you of each serviced that you were scheduled to recieve on that day Fertilization, aeration/POWER SEEDING, soil enrichment, and lime. you replied on September 18th at 8:22 pm with 'Sounds good!" at no time were you scheduled for, nor did you ever order an aeration and OVER SEEDING   this was explained to you prior to you ordering service, it was explained again on 10/5/17 when you mentioned the aeration and OVER SEEDING email that you recieved.    I will acknowledge that you really should not have recieved the email offering you and aeration and over seeding when you were already scheduled to recieve more services than that. the sending of the email was an error on our part, but at no time prior to receivng all of the service that you requested did you mention that email. It wasn't unti octomer 9th that you cliced any of the linkes in that marketing email. That was four days after you cancelled any remaining services and voiced any type of concer/confision. On that day, october 5th, you spoke with Shelly, She attempted to clarify this for you, [redacted] called and left a message too. Neither call was returned until I contacted you on your cell phone a couple of days later. You were at work and stated you'd call me back. Several days after that you contacted [redacted] in my office, not me, and she went over the services again.
