The customer's account with us was renewed for and initial Early Spring Application was performed on 3/12/We have no previous record of any indication of the customer cancelling services with usI personally visited the property and met with the homeowner on 7/19/to discuss
concerns with fawn and we determined at that time that additional services should be done in the fall to remedy the thin areas of turfNo mention of wanting to cancel our service agreement w madeWe went on to perform four additional services to the property; 8/6/Late Summer 9/10/Early Fall, 9/10/Lime Application, and 10/24/Late Fall Application Each of these services included reminders that the services automatically continues until they notify us to stop servicesWe sent out a 1st class mailing in January with outline of services scheduled for and pricing with a reminder again to please notify us if they with to make any changes to their accountThe account was set up with a monthly installment plan of $per month .for eight monthsNo payment has b n received by us for We will gladly absorb the cost of the Early Spring service performed this year and adjust the customers account status with us and agree that there was a misunderstanding

Review: My husband talked to a representative that came to our home and showed him that the service we received made our lawn look worst. He told the representative then that we would not continue with their services. On March 12, 2014, I was looking out of my window and seen a person putting something on my lawn. I immediately called Valeria @1:51pm to cancel our services again!!!!!!!!! The person named [redacted] on the invoice left an invoice in the door with a $57.00 balance. Today's Service charge 0.00 and Prev. Balance as of 3/11/14 - $57.00. How can this happen? To add insult to injury-I just received another bill in the mail, May 2, 2014. This bill is for $135.00. This bill now has a $57.00 Installment charge dated (3/1/14) and a $76.00 Early spring charge and a $2.00 interest charge, grand total $135.00. How can this happen!!! Again, we told them that we did not want their service, they came out anyway! On the first bill that was left on the door has the $57.00 as Prev. Balance as of 3/11/14. What!! How can this happen How can $57.00 be charge as a previous balance on one bill and an installment charge on another dated 3/1/14. I called the office, but Valeria or the manager Brian was gone for the weekend. I spoken with a person named Eric. He told me that he did not do anything with billing. And that I would need to call back! Can you help us please! This is clearly wrong and unethical.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment to 0.00.

We have no previous record of any indication of the customer cancelling services with us. I personally visited the property and met with the homeowner on 7/19/13 to discuss concerns with fawn and we determined at that time that additional services should be done in the fall to remedy the thin areas of turf. No mention of wanting to cancel our service agreement w made.
