discuss your accountThose efforts were ignoredWe had issues which we needed to discuss: slow payment and providing the last treatment which we hadn't completed because you hadn't raked your leaves satisfactorily (this is also a prime cause of the moss you were so angry about)I approached your door to address both issuesWhile you did indicate that your wife was away and that she handled the lawn, you lost your cool when I inquired when she might be availableAt that point you closed the door and the situation was over until you immediately re-opened it and charged me as I was preparing to leaveYour daughter was hollering at you " daddy calm down" she was not hollering at meAs a cancer patient with neuropathy in my legs, I could not turn and walk down your porch steps that doesn't have a railing as quickly as you would have likedI am very sorry for my part in the event, but I came to your door with the intention of resolving some issues and maintaining a customerI guess you were embarrassed that you owed money and you responded as you didI do appreciate that your wife promptly paid the balance due a few days later, but I do not appreciate that you felt the need to try to harm our business with this one sided commentaryLawn Doctor of Princeton has successfully provided quality lawn care for years and that wouldn't be the case if we handled customer service as you have indicatedSincerely, Don W***
