I am rejecting this response because: This was taken to court. The judge already has ruled on this case. Case is closed. Obviously, this employee does not know what the rest of the office is doing.

Review: See Below. This the fifth emailI sent to Lawn Doctor. Did not receive one response. On 8/26 after all of this, could you believe a Lawn Doctor truck pulled to perform a service! I told the driver the contract was cancelled and to leave. He left a bill.

Notes : To: Lawn Doctor From: [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: I am cancelling my service with Lawn Doctor, effective immediately. Let me tell you why. On 6/15 your service supposedly applied weed control. The weeds seemed to actually spread faster after your service. I called your office and the person I spoke with said it takes 10 days for the weed control to work , so I waited 10 days and the weeds were spreading faster and the lawn was dying. I called again and requested a supervisor call me to schedule a time to visit with me to inspect the property. I was told that would happen. It did not. I called again and again the same promise. Still no contact from anyone. Then on Saturday 07/13 as I sat in my kitchen at 7 am having my coffee and looking out over my back yard I decided to get my newspaper, so I opened my front door and found a bill from Lawn Doctor on my door stating that they had serviced my property this morning. I can assure you that did not happen. I saw no one, heard no one and no indication of any work was performed. I called again and was told a supervisor would contact me. That never happened. I have since sent numerous emails, none of them acknowledged. What a terrible way to run a business. Hiding from a customer situation. I will not pay for the last service that was not requested and actually not performed. I really should not have paid the previous bill. I will also mail a copy of this to your office. PS: I contacted "[redacted]" and in one treatment my lawn weeds are dying and the grass is getting healthier.

Review: Lawn Doctor came to my parents house without authorization and applied a treatment which I have no intention of wanting. I refuse to pay the bill for 69.85.Desired Settlement: I want the bill removed from the credit report and no further contact with said company.



We wrote off the balance for the service that was never cancelled . They have a $0.00 balance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


Review: 1 - This company is suppose to come out 6 times when they only came 4 times to provide services.

2 - I am being overcharged for services not rendered.

Last visit from Jake was 7/10/13.

When I spoke with Donna on 12/2/14, we had a very civil and professional conversation until Shirley picked up the phone. She is very unprofessional and rude. The customer service that she rendered to me was unacceptable. Her decision to give me attitude over the phone represented that of someone off the street. When I ask to speak with her supervisor, she said I HAVE to deal with her. I will not deal with someone that is off the streets.

This office has given me nothing but grief about my bill. No matter how many times I told them my home is under construction and Jake can not seed my yard. This was clearly annotated back in 7/10/14 and I'm being charged for services after that date. As of this date, I have requested itemized bills and this office has refused to send me a bill.

Her tone of voice that she decided to use was very condescending and obnoxious. I refuse to speak with Shirley any longer.Desired Settlement: I would like my bill adjusted to reflect only 4 visits that were rendered, as of last visit of 7/10/14.
