Dear [redacted] ,We did speak with [redacted] on 4/regarding a mailer that he had receivedThe postcards were mailed March 30thWe immediately informed him that several zip codes had incorrect wording on the brochureInstead of stating "payment of" $- the pieces said $"per service" (for services)We had combined our mailing with another franchise and the printer did not differentiate on our shaped zip codesThe wording on their postcards was "per service"Some of our pieces in some zip codes were correct, but some zip codes were not.We apologized for the error but told him that we were not bale to honor the misprintWe were already offering a free service and a 10% prepay discount, that we would honorWe sent out a corrected piece the next week to anyone who had received the incorrect piece with the correct price, so he should have received the corrected price by 4/17.We strive to provide a quality service at competitive prices and could not honor those prices and provide that level of serviceWe did have some other calls about the postcard and most understood the error and either signed up at the correct pricing or went to someone else.I do not intend to pay [redacted] for any difference in service cost for service they receive from any other company and honestly I think that is a ludicrous request.Sincerely, Kathy D**Owner
