I am rejecting this response because:I agree that I paid for winterization and the term of that service was unclear to me at the time I began working with them to open the sprinklersMy request to the company was, as is quoted in the email the business

Thanks ***--------------------------------------------------------------------At this time I transitioned to telephone communication, I quickly got confirmation that I had not already paid for opening and I was opening the sprinklers myselfI still had hoped that the technician remembered the location of the hard to find water mainI contacted *** who agreed to contact the tech who had done the workThe next communication I had was *** was him telling me his technician had come on my property and opened the water valve.There was never a request for this service as claimed in the responseHowever, the technician was in the neighborhood as he does service for our HOA so while I was surprised he went what I thought was above and beyond it wasn't out of the question for it to have been good customer serviceThe next correspondence was the bill for $Once again, I never authorized work and the technician was technically trespassing.Sincerely,
