Had new landscape installed by company and still having drainage issues. tried to contact company over and over again with no response.Spent $10000 dollars on landscaping and drainage for my back yard over a year ago and we are still having drainage issues which is causing pooling water to form on the property. this is killing the sod and producing mold. I repeatedly tried to contact the company with no response to repair the problem.Desired SettlementJust asking company to come repair the problem that I paid for.Business Response /[redacted]/Invoice for work copied and pasted below. Nowhere is there a guarantee of no water collection, in either the estimate or the invoice....install wall at bottom of hill to block run off, and level out bottom of back yard...81' of wall 4' high...3 6'x4' curves for steps and right side to allow machines or truck through to get to the backyard for future work...wall will be built of Celtic 90's with top cap...wall is glued together while masonry bond and also has interlocking pins...steps will be placed across from existing patio with landing at bottom out of Tenn. ...irregular slate placed into the sod creating an awesome look to the steps. ...steps will be roughly 7" high and a total of 4-5 with top caps...regrade all of backyard and build small beds against the house...run 2 downspouts out of backyard...tamp hill to compact dirt from erodingwall will have 57 stone and 4" perforated pipe behind it to run water around the wall not through it. ...5 pallets of compadre zoysia installed in backyard and behind wall.
