Completed mowing service after informed and verified not do so On 7/25/Lawnjox mowed my lawnHowever,they where instructed not to mow the newly sodded part in the front yard in an email on 7/9/ On 7/26/I sent an email to complain because now my sod may be damaged and to inform Lawnjox that the landscaper who installed the sod will no longer honor the warrantyI also stated that if sod is damaged Lawnjox will be responsible I was told that their turf manager is out of town and would contact me next week At 11:am I was called by a lady who claimed to be the manager and she would be out at 4:pm to meet me to address my concerns At 4:a male rep from Lawnjox came to my house to discus my concernsHe made excuses of things that could ruin the sod other than mowingHe wanted to blame my landscaper for not knowing what he was doing or talking aboutAt that point I noticed he was carrying a pistol and I told him to get off my property and not come backI guess

No riding mower cutting my lawn grass The contract was no riding mower and that was the agreement the worker was standing up on a riding mower cutting the grass, I didn't want a riding mower on my grass and this is what I told her before we made the agreement

This company needs to stop oppressive billing practices Instead of using my credit card they required, the company bills me and also charges the credit card What a waste of postage! I guess they hope I'll pay them twice I've called them before about using the credit card for services, especially since they required it They said the problem would be cured HA! They continue their itic billing practices
