We provide good customer service and quality irrigation installationsWe have been responsive with many calls from this clientThe client had a stuck valve three months after installation, creating a leaky headWe were there to fix her valve within 1/hour after retrieving her messages (3) upon
return from a short vacationThe stuck valve was caused by tiny bits of contaminent from her water supply line, which had nothing to do with the installationWhen we installed the system in May, the lawn and flower beds had good coverageAs client's perinnials grew over the following months we responded every time(6) at no additional charge to adjust nozzles for coverageClient did not pay another company to repair stuck valveWe walked the property again with client at the repair and showed the coverage, great coverage with lawn and flower beds

*** ***yes the company did respond after my last message to them letting them know that I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com. I called several times the prior week letting them know that areas in my grass were not getting watered and I was spending time I didn't have trying to keep the grass greenWhen you see my yard it is very obvious that I enjoy gardening Clearly things are going to get bigger as the season moves on, I find it crazy that this company did not take this into consideration and a sprinkler head infront of a growing plant was not going to do the trickI moved several plants around to open up room for water to reach other plantsI also lost plants to lack of waterI had called another company to fix the problems, however it was not needed Since the company did come and re arrange sprinkler heads and yes they did come and fix the leaky head This was installed the beginning of May and I was still having problems in August, I don't really think that is excellent customer serviceI will not be useing this company again
