We bid the job, did the job, and modified the project. We lower the price twice and he was aware we could not build the wall. He paid us in full and was happy. The day I received this complaint I called him and he has not returned my calls.

This company was recommended by a nurseryI should have known there was a problem with this company when I contacted them on their website for a free estimate and never was contacted back I called and spoke to *** ***He asked if I was gonna be willing to pay approx $$$ for his service because he did not want to waste his time coming if notI said yes that is why I am callingHe then set up an appointment with me for a week laterI took time off from work to make sure I was home and he never showed up, called or emailedI had even called earlier in the week to add some things I wanted a estimate for and confrim the appointment I would never recommend this business to anyone ever!!

They spent a month from the day they started, left a big hole in my back Yard for most of that time, then spent only a couple of days to fill in the hole and grading. Extremely over priced for what they did, and well below expectations. I did not receive any call from them, and if I did, they did not leave a message. They reduced the final amount due only after I asked

Lawn and Landscape Solutions did a wonderful job on our landscaping. They removed our old porch and shrubbery and replaced with a beautiful paver patio and low maintenance landscaping. They exceeding our expectations with their quality of work and the timely manner of completion.

James designed and his crew installed a paver patio and fire pit area in our yard. They were very helpful and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very patient with my grandsons, who were fascinated with the entire process!

After an extensive search for the hardscape/landscape design company that fit our vision and earned our trust, we confidently chose Lawn and Landscape Solutions. From the initial meeting with James R[redacted] (owner) he listened to our desires to take a concrete pad with a tiny deck overhang, perched on a backyard with a steep downward slope, and quickly offered ideas to transform it into over 1,000 square feet of breathtaking St. Louis outdoor living space. It features a raised patio with retaining walls installed to engineered specs, seating walls, outdoor kitchen, remote controlled fire pit, louvered pergola, outdoor lighting, stone and cedar columns. James and his team accommodated our requests and questions throughout the process and worked well with our neighbors. Their professionalism, talent, and attention to detail were stellar. They made us feel that they valued our project and our home as much as we do. James came out mid February of 21013 to give us a bid for a failing retaining wall. After comparing to other companies we chose Lawn & Landscape Solutions because they were local and professional. They started the job within two weeks and finished in a handful of days. The wall looks FANTASTIC!! Couldn't be better. Also, we hired him a couple of months later to build another retaining wall (about 50 feet long) to use for parking our trailers on. The stone are beautiful and durable. GREAT job and service!
