I have been using Lawn Managers for a few years My yard looked great the first year I started Over time the weeds began to take over They tried to sell me on treatments a year I agreed to and was told if I paid for treatments a year, they would come and spot treat for free if I saw any weeds The first time I called they told me I would have to pay for them to come out and treat There are many different types of weeds all over my yard What am I paying for? I asked to cancel my service and the woman on the phone was very rude and hung up on me Very unprofessional!

The treatments were not effective Absolutely POOR billing and service practices I have been on an annual prepay customer for the last several years This year, I found a new provider and DID NOT renew my annual program They came out anyway to treat without my permission and now my lawn has received double treatment which hopefully does not hurt my lawn! I called to let them know and they wanted me to still pay the invoice for the treatment! RIDICULOUS! You can't come out and treat without my permission and bill me! After much argument and complaining, the representative on the phone agreed to remove the charge It should not have been that difficult HORRIBLE customer service DO NOT recommendYou lost any chance of my potential business in the future and I will let my neighbors know

Mr*** called the office to say he received a bill but did not authorize serviceHe had been a customer since and it was explained to him that we are a continual service provider, as written on all of our correspondence and invoicesHe requested that the account be cancelled, we agreed and
cancelled the account, however he was still responsible for paying ? for the first application since he did not call the office prior to the application to cancel serviceHe began using foul language and made threatening statementsOur policy is that we can end a phone conversation, if the customer is verbally abusiveI am attatching his invoice that shows the treatment that was done, as well as it stating in two different places on the invoice to call the office to cancel account or to make changes to the accountWe send out a prepay letter every year to give our customers a reminder that we will be coming and their scheduled services for that year as well as a chance to save 7% if they pay for all treatments for that yearIt also states that you will have to call the office to cancel service or to make any changes to the accountWe always try to be understanding with our customers and we are always open to credit a charge off of a customers accountWe take pride in our old fashioned custoner service and personal attention to our customers, however we do not tolerate verbally abusiveness from a customer so once a customer does become abusive we try to get them to calm down, if we can not then we end the conversation, many other companies have that same policyI am sorry that Mr*** was not satisfied with the service we provided, but we did not know he was not happy with the service until 2/16/when he calledTell us why here
