As depicted in this response, we send ALL of our customers a letter mailed "First Class" in early February that reflects your renewal processIn that letter we clearly state in bold character "To provide you with uninterrupted service this season, your treatments are scheduled to begin automatically in the spring"......this is a policy that has been extended to ALL of our customers for over the past yearsI am sorry that you had decided NOT to read your mail (this was clearly NOT an advertising piece) and furthermore decided to take your concerns to the Revdex.com as a means of resolutionIf you had read the letter, you would've avoided this confusion and likely informed our office of your intentions earlier.Thankfully you are dealing with a private company who takes pride in our customer service, and who makes every attempt to effectively communicate with our customers in a manner to alleviate such issuesWe will CREDIT your $balance, and hope that you understand our policy regarding service renewals
