LAWN RANGER

Review: In the fall of 2013 I hired [redacted] the owner of The Lawn Ranger to remove snow from a commercial parking lot. The company removed snow and within the first few times they tore out several parking blocks and hit the chain link fence garbage enclosure. The site was all built 1 year ago and everything is new. I called [redacted] and he came and looked at the chain link gate and agreed that it looked like the snow plow from his truck hit it. He agreed to fix it right away but he never did. The fence is part of the gate and does not close properly. I replaced the parking blocks.

During the winter I was not in the area and did not realize the damage that was going on until I returned in May of 2014. Upon my return there were 4 more parking tore out. 3 places where they had hit the building and caused damage to the new buildings. They pushed all the snow up against the new fence and bent several of the poles. It also broke most all the ties that hold the fence fabric to the posts.

I paid them around $5,000 for the snow removal. They have caused near $3,000 in damage to my new building. I contacted [redacted] and asked him to come and inspect the damage. He said he would but never did. I sent him a bill for the damage hoping I would hear from him and again I have had no contact.

I would like to get my property fixed and move on without going through the court system. I am hoping you can help me get to that point. The damage to repair damage to the building is an estimate from the contractor who built the buildings. The estimate for the fence repairs is from me. I did not charge anything for replacing all the parking blocks.

The damage occurred at various times from October 2013 thru April 2014 during the times that they removed snow. I can provide exact dollar amounts if needed. I can also provide the estimate of repairs for the building. I have pictures of the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me the money so I can get my new building and fence repaired.
