A salesperson by the name of [redacted] He stated he worked for Global Land Investments and that was seeking to help me sale my property. I could pay almost $1500 a one time fee and he would sale my property. I did not think this was a good idea so I hung up.
I had the same experience as the other neutral review. They offered to buy my vacant land for their client and they would earn their money on the interest. Their client was looking to buy 49 parcels in my area and had already procured half of them. My only expenditure would be for legal fees of $895 and they would be able to close on property in 90 days. They gave me the selling price and told me not to go any lower than another price when dealing with the buyer. There would be no brokerage fee. Then they wanted my credit card number and that triggered scam in my mind so I told them I had to think about it. They are suppose to call back on Monday. I was scammed on an education deal so am very leery now when people ask for a credit card number. I wanted to go on line and see what was out there for this company and sure enough - here is what I needed to not act on this deal.
a salesman called to tell me that he could sell my Florida undeveloped property in Volusia county Florida..I inherited this property from my deceased Mother.It is swampy,palmetto infested znd no houses can be built there. I have been paying taxes on this property since 2003,which is a minimal amount. Salesman said that people were buying the land for hunting boars. The man was very courteous and shared a lot of personal info about himself and the Global Land and Investment organization. I was
convinced that this might be the way to go until he wanted my credit card numbet to charge $543.00 for legal fees. He declared that they would send no paper work until they had my credt card number. I suggested to him that I wanted to let my lawyer friend look at the offering.That was not acceptable to the salesman.I said I had to go and he hung up on me after saying "thanks for pulling my leg."He had been kind to me and then turned mad.I tried to say "I am not pulling your leg but he hung up as I was saying that.
