replaced or upgraded as that would be more cost efficient than continuing to repair it. We did thoroughly check the system and make repairs as needed during the start up. Unfortunately due to the age and condition of the system, it continues to have problems. At the last time of service [redacted] was told that one of the zones has low pressure. This is due to roots squeezing the pipe that feeds that particular zone. She was given an estimate to repair the problem and was not charged for a service call. As [redacted] of a respected and reputable company that has been in business for 15 years I always try to make any customer happy. I personally spoke with [redacted] on 6/**/2015 for about 30 minutes. I very politely tried to explain to her what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. During the entire conversation she was very rude and even cursed at me and threatened me. Only after being spoken to in this matter did I then ask her not to call my office again. For reasons unknown, this particular woman seems to think that we are trying to take advantage of her and does not believe what we are telling her. She also seems to think that any future work that needs to be done to her sprinkler system should be done for free even after we have repeatedly told her that the system was in need of replacement. Review: They are not a reputable company. They did not check all the heads on my lawn and I had to keep on calling them, each time they was another charge.Once they did not turn the system back on, so no water was coming out of heads, they forgot to put it back on.I call on 6/**/15 very upset and was told not to call back the office. Now I have to get someone else to check the system. HOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY $300.00 more to repair system.I have been living here for thirty years the company I use to use sold to them, this is the first time I used them. I have had repairs done before but never that much at one time. My husband is sick with [redacted] and I told that, maybe that is the reason they think they can treat me like that.Desired Settlement: Come back and complete job, no more charge.
