I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted]---In the complaint filed under  ID [redacted].Please find the attached documentation of the contract, various documents with address, invoice showing I paid the $1000 down payment and the balance was paid (check cashed) on 8/22/14. Please note on the final invoice which states "Balance due immediately" it is plainly stated "drawings will be provided after final payment". There has been no complaint against me as I honored the work completed and wrote the check which was cashed within 48 hours of my email conversation. Lastly, based on Mr. Doug C[redacted] statements coupled with documentation I provided previously- his name is still on the business per Ohio's web site. Regardless, it appears clear based on the work I had to do to provide documentation he is correct when he encourages me to contact the Revdex.com as nothing will be done and not impact him in any manner. Regardless of any business change in the works I have asked for these plans for 3 years. If this information does not provide enough solid information there is little more I can provide other than emails as this is really a cut and dry issue when reviewed. I sincerely thank you for your efforts,[redacted] ([redacted]) [redacted]

Based on the attached document dated 8-1-2016, which has the company’s address , notes the length of time the company has been doing business, makes it clear payments are to go to Lawn Sprinklers, and has “Doug C[redacted]” listed as owner/general manager it appears the response is not based on facts. Possible scenarios are someone was using his name without his permission, a transition was made but allowed the company to use his name though he was not tied to them, or the owner/general manager does not want to honor his contract. It serves the business I paid in a timely manner, but honoring the contract is not something this individual wants to do. At this junction, only after reviewing the document, I would like the Revdex.com change their rating of this business as the contract was not honored. Despite when the business stopped operating as the owner claims, the contract stated plans would be received after payment. All correspondence from the owner fails to address the issue. Let it remain permanent public record that it was unresolved and for others to be informed of the misrepresentation based on my documents. I will consult with another company to have plans drawn up that this business owner is unable to accomplish.  To reiterate, if the Revdex.com finds in good faith and my documents show the contract was not honored and is published as such, I will considered the issue settled, otherwise the only recourse is the contractual agreed schematics be sent to me.

Lawn Sprinklers of Ohio is no longer in business since 2013.  Please advise the person who filed complaint.  Customers of Lawn Sprinklers of Ohio, have been serviced by another company since 2013. Homeowner must be a customer to receive service. The name you have on Revdex.com as company is...

incorrect.  Lawn Sprinklers & Services is wholly separate entity than that of Lawn Sprinklers of Ohio, Inc.  Thank you
