I placed an order January 5, after seeing an advertisement on ***I visited their website (www.remixfootwear.com), placed an order for some shoes, and paid $with *** I emailed remixfootwear*** January because their website was down and I wanted to track my orderThey replied and stated their website would be back up January On January thru their website was still downI emailed them again on January in regards to my orderThey replied on January and said my order will be delivered by January 21stOn January 23rd I emailed them again requesting a refund and they responded January 24th stating their website is back up and that all orders will be shipped and received January I was unable to track my order on their websiteI tried calling the number on their website 312.*** and continue to e-mail daily with no success
Preordered flu games from them in April Only received pair Contacted them several times via email and they claimed they sent my other shoes which never occurred, finally after several More emails the owner contacted me via text looked and said the order had never been sent nor cancelled this was in June! Had the nerve to ask if I still wanted the productI said no I wanted my money backTook several more weeks for my cancellation email that was supposed to be sent within hours of the order being cancelledHorrible customer service and I still have not been refunded for my shoes and am taking legal action against this companyDo not buy from them
Order made in mid October. Order was not fulfilled/received. Business owner/seller has said several times he will pay (I'll pay you tomorrow, next week, in the morning, etc.) but has not paid. Fake [redacted] receipt and false tracking number sent to me as well. It's been over 2 months and I haven't been refunded.
