Tell us why here...I spoke with Chris this afternoon. he had been a customer for many years and usually prepaid for the year. he moved last July and did not inform us of that. he decided to have us do the final 2 application which were prepaid for the new owner. the account was never cancelled...
since we were never made aware he moved. we are an ongoing service year after year and there is no contract to sign. if someone wants to cancel service at any time all they have to do is call and let us to cancel their account. unless we hear otherwise we automatically return each spring to start the new year. he said he just forgot to call with all the hubbub of moving. we have credited the balance and will notify the collection service to discontinue sending notices. let me know of any questions.
