This letter is in response to the recent letter received by your office from [redacted] regarding services rendered by Lawn Tech, Incfor [redacted] at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] is a long time customer We have provided services for her since The primary service we have provided to [redacted] has been weed control and fertilization services for the lawn. Our weed control and fertilization program is cost competitive with many other companies in the area and [redacted] ***'s pricing remained the same for many years until we were forced to impose a slight increase in pricing to our customers in early due to an increase in material costs (Please review the to account history attached.)Through the years, we have also provided other services per her request , such as, the occasional flowerbed cleaning or irrigation repair [redacted] was provided with pricing in advance for her approval before any such services were rendered (Please note: we have never provided mowing service at [redacted] ***'s property She had always contracted that service through another individual or company.)Our weed control and fertilization program does auto renew each year for the customer's convenience but can be stopped at any time by customer request With that being said, we were unaware that *** [redacted] was no longer living in the home until we received the call from [redacted] on 5/ Any prior written notification from [redacted] never reached our office so weed control and fertilization services were performed on 2/4/ and 4/ 19/ per the regular service schedule Services for the property have been cancelled but the last service was rendered prior to our receiving notification to cancel so we respectfully request that the most recent bill be paid so that the account may be closed(Please find the invoice attached for the final service.)We appreciate [redacted] ***'s customer loyalty and patronage over the years and wish her allthe best

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/08/05) */ This case is a very simply dispute that has already been resolved before my mail notice about it had even arrived. The customer pre paid for a season of mowing then cancelled from the program shortly after. I had been away from my office... during the time frame that the customer had left a couple messages on my phone in regards to the refund that I had not been completed yet. When I returned home and discovered the massages I instantly returned the call and then delivered the refund in full and in person to the customer 2 days later. The customer and her daughter were both very pleasant and reasonable people and I had apologized for the delay. *Customer relations and quality control is a very important part of our company. We plan to always maintain the highest level possible while continuing to offer top notch service and the most competitive prices in the industry!
