Dear Sir or Madam:Reference: ID [redacted] I welcome the opportunity to respond to the complaint you have received I take pride in our customer service and try to resolve any issues that may arise quickly and directly with our customersThe customer ordered a Spring Yard & Leaf Clean Up the beginning of April Due to the extremely cold and wet April this spring we were unable to schedule the service until April 25th, this date did not work for this customer, so it was re-scheduled for April 29th My crew arrived at the customers address and were unable to provide the service as her yard had miscellaneous debris, wood and garbage scattered on the lawn areas Once my crew relayed this to me, I contacted the customer and informed her that we would be unable to provide the service as we only provide yard waste clean ups such as grass clipping, leaves, etc We haul these types of yard waste to compost sites that do not accept other types of trash We did not charge the customer for our visit and though the customer did provide us with her credit card information nothing was charged to her credit card and her credit card information was shredded I apologized to the customer for any misunderstanding and that our company could not provide this type of clean up.Sincerely,Daniel [redacted]

My crew had a different determination of the condition of the property than the homeowner. They determined that they could not do a proper job and decided not to proceed. In addition to my previous response, the homeowner was notified the same day that we could not do the work, and no charges were incurred by the homeowner. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience
