A lawn application was done for the [redacted] 's on 06/01/ Mrs [redacted] called after and said she thought we burnt the lawn with a leaky hoseOn 06/08/Kevin went to check the lawn He said it possibly could be fertilizer burn but he was not sure and asked me to check I went out on 06/16/ Mrs came to door & said her husband was at the store I told her I would check the spots and call him There were several spots in a few sections of the lawn but not all over If the hose had a leak there would be spots throughout the lawn With a fertilizer burn in a lawn the outside edges of the spots would be dark green & that was not the case with the spots in the [redacted] 's lawn Mrs [redacted] came out back while I was there & was very rude and confrontationalShe was yelling and insinuating that I didn't know anythingShe wanted me to wait there until her husband returned homeI tried to politely explain that I am the owner of Lawn World & have over years experience and that I would call her husband later If I passed her husband when I was leaving I was not aware I also checked several lawns that were treated the same day, by the same serviceman before and after the [redacted] 's treatment There were no spots The spots were not due to our application They appeared to be from another chemical, perhaps gas or oil from a mower, or it could be the start of Dollar Spot Fungus When I returned to the office I was informed Mrs [redacted] had called and cancelled and told my employee that I am a jerk and she doesn't know how she can stand to work for me or how we are in business, etc I had already decided to cancel the [redacted] 's service due to Mrs [redacted] 's attitude and accusations and the fact that we have had difficulty with her in the pastOn 09-19-Mrs [redacted] called and said we burned her park strips with Round-up Our lawn technicians do not even carry Rouon their trucks We checked the lawn and found the problem to be Drought Stress Fungus.We will write off the application in question, even though the spots were not caused by our application chemicals or technician We would rather not have to deal with Mrs [redacted] anymore Neither myself nor my employees have to put up with that kind of treatmentWe prefer not to service her lawns as she is delusion, rude and makes accusations and we will not service their property again
