We are not in office most days we are out doing estimates or working we do always return phone calls within 24 hours, Our cell phone numbers are provided to... customers for emergency problems. Four to six calls a day is not nessesary and usually indicates a customer who has health issues. I really hate when a customer cancels but in this case I was relieved. I need not say more it would only make things worse. I wish [redacted] the best I will say this is the first and only complaint I have received

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of LAWNBUSTERS is not being truthful in his response I did not call the company multiple times a day No one from the company ever returned my calls LAWNBUSTERS customer service is poor Although I am elderly, I am in good health and was very disappointed that the owner inferred that I had "health issues" rather than dealing with the issue at hand
I am very grateful to the Revdex.com for handling this case, because I would have never received my money back Thank you

Review: My daughter found LawnBusters on the Revdex.com site (which had an A+ rating) and contacted the owner to get an estimate for me (I am elderly). The owner of LawnBusters promptly came to my house and gave me a reasonable estimate. So, I contracted with LawnBusters on April 7, 2014, for lawn mowing services and fertilizing services for the summer 2014 for a total of $1300. I paid this amount by check. They mowed one time and fertilized my lawn one time. After fertilizing my yard, LawnBusters charged me for that service that I already paid for. I had to call them repeatedly about this erroneous charge but my calls went unanswered. (I got their answering machine.) However, I did later receive a check for $79.50 for the erroneous charge. I called LawnBusters to find out my next service date, but my calls were never returned (I left a message each time). Having no idea when LawnBusters would be back to mow my yard (which needed a mow) and them not answering my calls, I had no choice but to cancel my service. I sent a letter - dated May 5, 2014 - to LawnBusters canceling my service and asked for my payment to be returned immediately, less any payment for services rendered up to May 5, 2014. I received no response until May 16. On that day, I had a message on my answering machine that said that the check was in the mail. I assumed it was LawnBusters. However, I never did receive the check. My daughter and I have called the business repeatedly but only get an answering machine (we leave a message each time). No one has returned our calls and I still have not been refunded my money. No service has been done to my lawn by LawnBusters since mid-April.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.
