I'm very disappointed in the service we have received from this businessWe had Stewarts Aire-Serv from the very start of our new home buildThings went wrong with our unit and the technicians repaired and replaced parts on several occasions for our indoor unit with no problemThe majority of our problems started during a routine maintenance check up on our outside unit where they sprayed acid on the coils to clean and then to rinse off but our tech failed to do so and the acid ate through the coils then the company wanted to up sell newer units to replace the outside unit at approx years serviceWe were told that the damage was caused due to the discharge of our lawnmowerWhen confronted about these issues they were discounted as highly improbable even when one of their own technicians identified the problemI'm so done with Stewart's Aire Serv
