I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** As you can see, it is often difficult to communicate with this business, especially since you really have no response from themHOWEVER, MrRyan *** of the business has called me directly and he has offered to provide one treatment this fall, and all of next year's treatments, at no charge (except for the money I have already paid him) He completed the first treatment this week I would like to believe him and therefore I have agreed to this plan and thus, find this resolution to be satisfactory to me.If I have further trouble in the Spring though, I may be re-contacting you

Lawns by Ryan made a contract with us on 03-23-in the amount of $The contract was for five (5) services for the year of The initial cost was $500.00, but it is in contract that "We offer a 10% Discount if you pay for the year of service up front." We paid "up front"We waited and waited for service, then called and calledFinally on June 21, 2016, after numerous calls, a service was rendered on said dateA treatment date and treatment time CARD was left in yard, and we have in our fileFrom that time forward, NO service! Ryan was finally reached in September, He stated that "he had serviced our lawn, and we only had one service left." It is business to leave a treatment/time cardWe have only the one service card, of which we had to call and request serviceIt was also stated that we would be called before they came! We are retired, and usually at homeWe have a file with contract and ONE service cardThis company took our money and left us with NO serviceBeware consumer of this company!
