When we were initially at the property in June where we installed plants, mulch and rock along with installing the backyard, it poured down rain that day and we were not able to finish We came back the second day where the homeowner said she did not like the rock wall and had us move
some of the plants After the rock wall was set second time she still was not happy in which she wanted to meet with the owner who then installed the wall a third time in which she said she approved After the third time she had her husband move it yet again to her liking The front lawn was still too wet to finish the lawn install which we graded it out to give it time to dry When we came back to finish the front lawn after it dried out the customer then notified us she did not like the placement of the Burning Bushes in which we moved and finished the lawn install.On 7/21/the homeowner called in to discuss a couple areas that were bare and wanted the Burning Bushes moved again because she didn't think they were spaced evenly She wanted six Boxwoods replaced because she thought they were too small even though we informed her they would be one gallon size from the start She also wanted us to add another Weigelia and did not like two of the Grasses and wanted them replaced with two Maiden Grasses because she thought they were too messy looking At this point we had been back to the customer's property several times and still had not received our final payment and all work was completed.On 7/25/the homeowner stopped into our office in which we agreed to replace the six one gallon Boxwoods with four three gallon Boxwoods and two five gallon Maiden Grasses and we switched out Grasses in the original landscaping that she did not like with two Maiden Grasses and also installed an extra Weigelia She also requested that we move the Burning Bushes, touch up any bare spots in her lawn and come back in three to four weeks to reseed any bare areas and apply starter fertilizer All of which we agreed to do and her and myself signed off on a letter she wrote up At this point she agreed to pay half of what she still owed us and said she would pay us the other half after we were finished We came out three weeks later to seed and apply starter fertilizer They paid their balance They called again on 10/2/and asked if we could seed again, which we did on 10/9/ All of these items occurred at no additional charge Afterwards they even called our office and thanked us for coming back, they didn't think we would because it was not in the signed letter, they also told us they loved how green our grass was coming in This was the last we heard from them in 2014, until on 4/29/they called and asked us to check the lawn again because there were thin areas We informed her that we would write up a work order and send someone out as soon as we could work them into our schedule This contact was only days ago, the weather was not warm enough when she called for new grass seed to germinate and that we did have to fit it in the schedule.Through out this entire process we have shown that we are more than willing to work with them I am also attaching the signed agreement from the homeowner and the e-mail we sent her after receiving this complaint

I am so happy that I went with this companyFor a little background I moved into a new house in early spring that needed a lot of landscapingI called a few different companies to come out and give me estimates on the work that needed done Most of companies pretty much told me that it was to much work for them or never they showed up to give me an estimateLawnworks came out within a week to give me an estimate and were ready to do the work and gave me a great price toThey have done my landscaping around my house and now take care of my mowing and fertilizingThis company is great and I highly recommend it

When this gentleman stopped into the office to order gravel so that he could put in his flower bed he wanted to know what sizes we sold We explained to him that the smallest size was pea gravel, the next size up was #which is golf ball/quarter size and down and then from there the next
size up is baseball/softball size He said that was too big and the pea gravel was too small so we agreed on #gravel We delivered tons of #gravel to his property at approximately am Tuesday (6/9/15) The customer was there and accepted the delivery, he never said one word about size or anything We received a call later that day around 10:30-11:am and he was now saying that it was the wrong size He explained he wanted only golf ball size and nothing smaller We do not screen or make gravel, we buy it from a supplier, the sizes we explained above are a standard screening process at any gravel plant, we have no control over this process and it is impossible to get just one size stone Stone is not man made, it is various sizes, also when gravel is being processed it is ran through a screener so if golf ball size fits through the screen so will smaller sizes Once again this is standard procedure at any gravel plant and we have no control over this It is very hard to explain much of anything to this customer as he was very rude and mean over the phone, yelling at the girls in the office, it was hard to get a word in to explain anything without being yelled at As for him being unable to speak with the person he spoke with originally about the sizes of the gravel, this employee was not in the office When we refused to give the customer the employee's personal cell phone number he got irate and hung up We are not sure what we can do for this customer at this stage, we explained many times the screening process along with the fact that gravel is dirty until it is hosed off or it rains, he said he understood all this but was still insisting on us refunding his money or bringing him only a load of golf ball size stone As for bringing him the golf ball size stone, as we have explained before it is impossible to pick out only one size and we cannot refund money and let someone keep the materials we delivered If he can find a way to return our material we would be happy to refund his money I have also attached a picture of the product that the customer received

In response to the customer's complaint, we have tried to call her several times but have been unable to reach her.  I do apologize if she somehow took offense during the phone call she spoke about.  She was yelling and wanted only the original crew to cut her lawn, one of the crew members...

was the same from the start of us mowing her property to the conclusion of us mowing her property.  We were unable to give her any other crew as she is outside of their normal routes as it is and with her yelling the only option we saw to make her happy was to stop mowing her property.  We apologized several times for her Hosta's being cut and explained why.  The grass and weeds were overgrown and blended in with the Hosta's, so they were not seen, with that said they would have been cut no matter what unless we did not trim down the overgrown grass and weeds.  On a side note this customer has yet to pay her balance.  Again, we apologize that her Hosta's were accidentally cut and if she took offense on the phone, that was not our intentions.

We need to know what applications were put on the lawn because some could stop growth of new seed.  Give us a few days and we will take a look and see what the lawn needs.

I am a [redacted] public school teacher who has taken students and adults on European tours for the past 30 years. I have used many tour companies--that is until I began using TSA Tours more than a decade ago. As an experienced tour coordinator, I value all that TSA has to offer: They allow me to create my tour day-by-day. I receive choices in my flight plans, my hotels, which tours I wish to have included, where I want my group to eat, etc., etc., etc. When TSA says they allow customization of tours, they are truthful. Additionally, the CEO, [redacted], will personally answer any phone call or e-mail, to answer questions and seek to understand my needs. When I sign up my friends and clients for the tours the TSA creates and offers my group, I have 100% confidence that I will be offering those participants a quality product and the best price possible.

Lawnworks did a landscape renovation and redesign for me. It looks amazing, they made sure I agreed with the design they created and sent me pictures of the new plantings for my approval. I was amazed at the professionalism of this company from the start with the office to the workers on my property!! I will definitely use them for all my future projects!!!
