Review: L & D Construction was contracted to install a concrete driveway for me. after final payment and sign off of job I was informed that my home was being filed for a lien. [redacted] did not pay the concrete supplier for thier services. I have made call after call to the office and him. when I finally get someone to answer they say we got it covered and that they have spoke with the supply company. I have gone to the supply company myself and they have not gotten any responce or payment from him. Mr. [redacted] has broken his contract on two seperate incedents now. My driveway is not to the correct size and he has not paid the supplier.Desired Settlement: Settlement shall be in form of full payment of $5,611.08 to the supply company by July 24th.
