In the first place our return/refund policy is in full vision of the customer right by the cash registerIt is also printed on the receipt which this customer did not have.She said she bought weeks ago, but the shoes were worn, dirty and the led mechanism had been pulled out of the shoes! I told her that we did not do refunds, but I would try to fix where the child had pulled out the mechanismI showed her our policyI did not pull out of a drawerShe demanded her money back and started threatening me.Then male acquaintances of hers came upShe started telling them I would not give her a refundOne of them pointed out the condition of the shoes and told her that I should not have to give her a refundThe man was reasonableSo again I volunteered to fix the shoes, which I proceeded to doShe even had her child thank me.My shoes are good quality and I stand behind them, but I can not be responsible for the way they are worn or taken care ofNo business gives refunds for merchandise that is worn and without a receipt, especially when our policy is in full view!?
