We consider this account closed due to failure to make payments. The warranty that we provide does not cover normal wear and tear....
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/03) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
how would they even know they would even look at. The car broke two weeks after we bought the car. If this is the way the car lot wants to ran then they have a problem. They would not even call us back. then I was told that we could hold the payments off and fix it myself. So we were fixing to put it in the shop and they send someone to beat on the side of my house at 1:00 a.m and scare the [redacted] out of my kids. they have bad services. If they would have stood behind there warenty the payments would have been made.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/10/06) */
Mr. [redacted]'s desired resolution is that we uphold our warranty - we do uphold our warranty.
Our warranty also plainly states it's the customer's responsibility to deliver their vehicle to the specified Regal location.
