When the merchant contacted IRN on 8/*/, IRN informed the merchant of the policy and procedures on the contact, the merchant ask if IRN could send a copy to them and we didTo this day IRN never rec’d a letter of cancellation from the merchant I have attached other copy of the
merchant contact that was faxed to them on 8/*/Raynard T*** IRN Payment Systems Custmor Service/Tech Support Manager *** *** ***

The letter was faxed on 10/**/2015 and 10/**/2015 to Mr. Raynard T[redacted]' personal fax number [redacted] and the company's main fax number [redacted]. The issue is not resolved, no confirmation of service being cancelled was received at this time from IRN payment systems.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe copy of the contract that was provided by IRN has 4 additional pages of "service terms and conditions" that were not dated, initialized, or signed by me.
