This email is in response to the complaint issued about my company on 7/7/by Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] stated that I, [redacted] , was supposed to stay on the property lines when cementing her fence, before any cement was poured Mrs [redacted] inspected the fence lineWhen putting up the fence I placed markers where the fence would go and asked the home owner, Mrs [redacted] , to inspect the placement of the fence and its location to make sure it was where she wanted itShe approved this initial layoutMrs [redacted] was also given an estimate with the location of the fence and the specifications as wellAt the bottom of this estimate it is stated that the property owner is solely responsible for locating, staking, and clearing fence linesThe fence was placed at the staked area and again approved by the home ownerNot only does the estimate clearly state my company is not responsible and that the home owner approved the fence placement in both writing and in person on location, this project was completed six months ago and the home owner was satisfied with the results and the extra effort my company put forth in contacting her pool company and relocating obstructions that needed to be movedI believe I went above a beyond for this customer and although it is unfortunate the fence has to be moved, it is her responsibility As for the complaint stating that I used vulgar language and I was going to go to the police if she contacted me again is partially rightI did state after numerous reoccurring phone calls and text messages that if Mrs [redacted] continued to threaten me I would have to contact the police for harassmentMrs [redacted] was irate and vulgar as well as threatening towards me when I stood firm in the fact that I was not going to move her fence for free but for a discounted priceI have a business and I am willing and often go above and beyond for my customers but I am running a business and there are regulations and guidelines that I follow in order to ensure my business is successful I apologize for the frustrations and disagreements with this matter yet remain steadfast in knowing that I did nothing wrong or meant no ill will towards Mrs [redacted] Thank you for your time

I am rejecting this response because: I have In writing from [redacted] and Text messages that he Had my Survey, He marked the property Lines,we HAD to submit to my HOA where he was putting the Fence, I also have Proof in writing where I sent him my Survey so he could see and Messure the property lines. He stated that I bought my HOME from A Shady Builder and they  Pulled the Pins of my property line after my fence was in. His work was accurate to the Pins of my property line that He mapped out. If this is not resolved, I have my Bill where I had to Have 69ft of fencing corrected and we will be in magestrate court. for the $740.00 I paid to correct His Mistake.

This email is in response to the complaint issued about my company on 7/7/2015 by Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] stated that I, [redacted], was supposed to stay on the property lines when cementing her fence, before any cement was poured Mrs. [redacted] inspected the fence line. When putting up the...

fence I placed markers where the fence would go and asked the home owner, Mrs. [redacted], to inspect the placement of the fence and its location to make sure it was where she wanted it. She approved this initial layout. Mrs. [redacted] was also given an estimate with the location of the fence and the specifications as well. At the bottom of this estimate it is stated that the property owner is solely responsible for locating, staking, and clearing fence lines. The fence was placed at the staked area and again approved by the home owner. Not only does the estimate clearly state my company is not responsible and that the home owner approved the fence placement in both writing and in person on location, this project was completed six months ago and the home owner was satisfied with the results and the extra effort my company put forth in contacting her pool company and relocating obstructions that needed to be moved. I believe I went above a beyond for this customer and although it is unfortunate the fence has to be moved, it is her responsibility.   As for the complaint stating that I used vulgar language and I was going to go to the police if she contacted me again is partially right. I did state after numerous reoccurring phone calls and text messages that if Mrs. [redacted] continued to threaten me I would have to contact the police for harassment. Mrs. [redacted] was irate and vulgar as well as threatening towards me when I stood firm in the fact that I was not going to move her fence for free but for a discounted price. I have a business and I am willing and often go above and beyond for my customers but I am running a business and there are regulations and guidelines that I follow in order to ensure my business is successful.   I apologize for the frustrations and disagreements with this matter yet remain steadfast in knowing that I did nothing wrong or meant no ill will towards Mrs. [redacted]. Thank you for your time.
