I have been unable to reach anyone in the Members Services department of Hughes Federal Credit Union for over a year I cannot access my account I was locked out of my online account with Hughes Federal Credit Union about a year ago I called the business several times and was unable to reach anyone in Members Services I continued to pay my car loan, but knowing that my loan is close to payoff, I tried again to reach the Credit Union to determine how much was owed, regain access to my online account, etc No one answered in Members Services I called on November 15, 2016, and finally decided to try the Loan Center Sure enough, they answered in that department, because they are interested in making money, but not in providing service to existing customersI spoke to someone who transferred me to Members ServicesI held on the line for about ten minutes and hung up and called back I reached someone in the Loan Center againI explained my situation and asked her to provide

[redacted] caused my car to be repossessed after I provided a promise to pay letterHe did not return calls or emails to rectify this situation My vehicle was behind in payments due to divorce and medical leave from workTo prevent the vehicle from being repossessed, I negotiated with [redacted] terms for paying the remaining balance of the loanI spoke with him 1/25, 1/26, I emailed again requesting a revised pay off amount on 1/and followed up with an emailI was waiting until Monday 2/for funds to clear my account in order to make the paymentHe never returned my email or phoneOn 2/the Sheriff's Department repossessed the motorcycleI called [redacted] immediately while the Sheriff was in my home, he laughed and said "yep that sounds right", on top of this he continued to chastise me for being late on my paymentsIt is clear Mr [redacted] did not want to resolve the loan and appears he was nothing short of elated at my misfortuneI am disgusted with the way my loan was

Unknown charges, no online access, credit bureau reporting, horrendous customer service, absolutely not willing to explain anything I purchased my Kia Soul June 27, Purchase price was 10,I was given the loan thru HughesSince I've had the loan (over a year) the balance has gone up to a little over $14,At one point Aug of I lost my job so my insurance did lapse and I got behind on paymentsAfter talking with a representative he assured me he would put the delinquent payments at the end of my loan and it would not affect my credit or show as lateThey did in fact report to credit bureau as being months delinquentI got insurance after faxing it times I was told they did receive the proof however they no longer use the insurance company that was attached to my loan and I as the consumer would need to call the insurance and get them to credit my loanBut no representative of the credit union would tell me where to call or which insurance company i

Hughes apparently does not have a way of halting direct withdraw from account which is a huge security issue My account was tied to my PayPal account and there was an unauthorized transaction and Hughes is refusing to halt the transaction and I cannot dispute it until the transaction has been madeUNACCEPTABLE!

unhelpful, unpractical, terrible customer service. 24 hour department is awful and refuses to help. I was locked out of my online banking I called the 24 hour customer service line to reset it. The first 2 times I called a rep had told me to call back an hour later as all thier reps were busy. Upon calling back I didn't have my "telephone password" as it was on one piece of mail, that this institution assigned. Since I didn't know this password they were unable to verify my identity in any other manner aside from the password [redacted] had no choice in assigning. When I did finally find my password on my original loan docs, that they assigned to me I gave them all my information during a third call and they refused to help provide me with a loan payoff or reset/unlock my online banking password. They had told me that I had to wait until Tuesday for a "Specialist" to help me, after being transferred 2 times ultimately speaking to a Supervisor that I was initially told would reset my pass

I advised by phone & email & was assure by phone rep days in advance is enough time to stop a debit arrangement they took it anyway & ignoring me I emailed loan rep [redacted] to advise not to pull out a payment postdated for 11/email sent on 11/I did not get a reply so I called and spoke with a rep by the name of [redacted] (I believe)who stated that she was in and he would make sure and assured that the draft would be stopped to prevent further financial hardship - the morning of 11/I am showing they put it through anyway & had to file a formal dispute with my bank because they felt they needed to do whatever they wanted despite my request.I did my due diligence to prevent this from happening & they apparently ignored my request

Paid two payments company used both payments to pay themselves as complete interest payments and late fees when I paid days early Tiffin Allegro Bus Acct #362212-Beginning in June while filing paperwork for a month hardship we were offered a lower payment plan as well as adding our $credit card payment to make one loanTwo months later they tried to change it by changing the account number and paymentI disagreed and told them the docs we signed should have only taken days so we figured it was all doneBut the month the first payment was due which was 9-30-they said it was never approvedNot my problem when you hired the staff not meSigned contract was submitted and not denied within daysSo I sent certified mail of payment, letter, and their contract agreement signedStated if you except this payment you except your contract that you wrote upThey cashed it and still proceeded to call saying they needed to change itFinally got an email ag

If I could provide a negative rating I wouldNoone seems to be able to provide information to allow me to make a paymentI feel as if its a scheme to collect on late fees and make people defaultI have attempted multiple calls, voicemails, was promised multiple call backs and submitted multiple emailsI wish I had never gone through this companyHorrid service and inept representatives and zero ownership that the website is complete garbageCustomer service is not equipped to handle general concerns and can not help with information to make a payment I'm at a loss and all I want to do is pay this company what I owe...but they seem to want people to be late on purpose
