I bought a *** Pushmower (model number 917.370932) and a year repair protection program and assembly and delivery service from you on 05/16/total charges = $ This mower has never worked and never cut grass I brought the mower in for service on 3/2/ After hearing nothing from you I became worried that my warranty period was coming to an end so I came to your store to check on the repair progress or pick up my repaired mower I was told that no work had been done At my request you wrote a hand written note dated 5/10/(which I have in my possession) which reads "If not fixed before 5/16/there will be NO charge for being kept over the period of the warranty."
