Business did not correct the problem immediately on the site and left the ad days later than when the purchase occurred
Full reimbursement is the least the business should do, being that an alternate product is currently available through manufacturer, at least MSRP should be refunded in order for customer to acquire a replacement through a different vendor, especially since the error was not corrected as previously stated

 The mouse pad was returned and they had a chance when ordered to call or email me that they made a error but they did not, they sent the mouse pad that was not ordered see attachments. It only became a human error after I bought it. They have broken interstate commerce laws by not shipping the correct item and sending the pad trying to send fraudulent item across state lines and using a alternate web site to fraud customers in listing something they never intended to sale. I will only settle on the laptop ordered and which they act ted as if they were sending but did not. A human error is corrected by contacting the customer not buy sending a fraudulent item. Please get them and Rakuten to do the right thing and honor the order. [redacted]
