guys could not afford that and he said to get whatever we could get done in a half day… We made an agreement with your “boyfriend” for only a half day and were harassed by you and your boyfriend many times after that. We offered you 2 hours more worth of whatever the guys could get done for a huge discount… they took (topped) 2 branches over the roof UPTO 10 feet- (which is what it said on invoice) - trying to finish topping the trees. ( “making them safer”, since they were dying and needed to be removed) We have since been harassed 3 different times ( with recorded messages using vulgar and threaten; The Company could have pressed charges for those phone calls; instead [redacted] tried calling you to resolve the matter) We’ve tried to work with you and even tried going back out, every step of this way you are trying to scam us out of the very hard and dangerous work we have done for you already.  You did state in the phone call that you should have handled this and not let [redacted] deal with this.. We agree if you wan[redacted] a quote to take top all 3 trees 10 feet down, we would have given it to you ( which would have been $1500) but he asked for half day and then a couple more hours.We work by the day and the half day, and we have minimum hourly rates… We have been doing this for 24 years, we work hourly.. Its $275 an hour we gave you 2 hours for 200.. a half day is what was needed for the rest of the back trees… We are offering as low as we can for you- our agreement was never to top all 3 trees for $675, it was hourly based… and we’ve done way over that… 4 hour + 2.5 hours and included hauling away – to help you guys out, which should have been extra.If you want the rest done we will do it for $600 plus tax more = $649.50That means gate open and we come when we need to get it done… not having someone start throwing stuff at our guys… just let us work they way they do best.I don’t think you understand how hard and dangerous 40-60 foot trees are to “top” – it’s not a bush- those limbs need to be taken down piece by piece and take time and not come thru your roof and that’s why we said it was going to be a very hard day to try to get it done in a day- but he could only afford a half day.
