Job has been finished and homeowner has paid in full.

Review: Job was to remove two large pine trees from property. Job was started in March with removal of limbs from the trees (but not all of them). They were supposed to come back and complete the job and scheduled a day to come back - weather was bad that day, so job was re-scheduled - but they have never come back to complete the job. When I contacted them in April and said that limbs had come down in strong winds and landed on my roof, and that other yard work was being delayed by the trees not being gone, they promised to be here "the first sunny day". Well, we have had lots of sunny days, and it is now the end of May and I have not seen or heard from them, despite calling and leaving messages asking when they panned to show up. I have other trees waiting to be planted, grass seed waiting to be planted, but I cannot do anything until Lawsons finished the job. They received 2/3 of their payment in March, with the last 1/3 to be paid upon completion. When one calls the office, all one gets is an answering machine and calls are not returned - they were at first, but not since April. This is very upsetting.Desired Settlement: Immediately
